1/2 day workshop for companies on team building

It is not a matter of course that a group of employees becomes a (high-performing) top team. Different skills and areas of expertise, experience, intentions, interests, approaches, hierarchies and competencies make this process difficult. For this reason, high-performance teams are accompanied and supported in their development. Successful teams are characterized by a special quality of collaborative action in the interest of the company as a whole.

In the workshop, the six factors of good collaboration will be analyzed and deepened. Supplemented by experiences and examples from the world of the America`s Cup, these principles will be transferred to the working world of the participants*. This gives them the knowledge and ability to implement these factors themselves. This self-efficacy is crucial for high motivation and the willingness to lead by example and improve the quality of cooperation.
