The outstanding feature of "Working Together Wins!" is that it not only talks about the success factors of good collaboration in theory, but that these are made tangible in the Activation modules in an intensive, real and highly emotional setting. This leads to a strong anchoring of what is experienced and thus to a long-lasting effect.
The outstanding feature of "Working Together Wins!" is that the success factors of good teamwork are not only discussed in theory. Always six participants on board a racing yacht take over all positions and functions themselves and sail the boat independently. What seems impossible at first can become possible. In the first sailing session the participants experience first hand the potential of the principles of good cooperation. The challenges and problems that arise on the racing yacht are quickly solved together. The team gains competence, self-confidence and pride. These positive emotions are strongly associated with the rules of good cooperation.
In the second sailing session, teams compete against each other in several races on the racing yachts. In this cycle of winning, the quality of cooperation is not only made visible but also measurable.
